Who we are

Intipucá.us is the bilingual community site for Intipucá, El Salvador and its diaspora in the United States. Contact: hola@intipuca.us.

What we collect

• Email and language preference when you subscribe to the newsletter
• Name, email, optional bio/location/phone, and photo URL when you create a member profile (email stays private; other fields may appear on your public profile)
• Name, contact details, and messages from contact, listing, property, event, and classified forms
• Payment details processed by Stripe when you buy a paid listing, featured ad, or similar product (we do not store full card numbers)
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (analytics / logs)

How we use it

• Operate the directory, real estate leads, events, classifieds, and newsletter
• Respond to inquiries and connect buyers with sellers or local businesses
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Improve the site and understand audience reach in El Salvador and the U.S.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the site (for example Stripe for payments, email delivery, and hosting). We may share real-estate lead details with property contacts as part of the Request Info flow. We do not sell personal data.

If Google AdSense or similar ad networks are enabled, those partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

Email hola@intipuca.us to unsubscribe, correct listing information, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs (for example payment records).
